Two beautiful sandy beaches joined at low tide are perfect for families or groups who want to swim, sunbathe, paddle board, kayak (both are for rent locally in season) or just enjoy the rock pools and coastal walks on the All Wales Coast Path. Lifeguards patrol in season . Dolphins are often seen in the bay and gannets dive offshore. Boat trips run from both Ceredigion 7 miles to the south and New Quay 10 miles to the north, to see the local marine life.
